Where to rent an apartment and how to get to the Giglio Island. All practical information you need to live your holiday
The Agenzia Giglio Vacanze is located in Giglio Campese, in the residence “Il Faraglione”. Once you arrive in Campese, follow up the main road up to the bus terminal. Then keep on the sports field, then turn on the right for about 100mt. At the end of the straight road, on the left you find the entrance to the residence, and on the right of the market there is our Agency.

How to get to the Giglio Island
Giglio Island is connected by ferry from Porto Santo Stefano, a locality near Argentario mount (Grosseto province), easily reachable by car, train or plane.
By car: along the SS.1 Aurelia up to Porto Santo Stefano:
North: 34 km from Grosseto, divert in Albinia, at about 15 km. from P.S.Stefano.
South: 140 km from Rome, divert in Orbetello, about 15 km. from P.S.Stefano.
*In Porto Santo Stefano you can find guarded parking, where you can leave your car during your staying in Giglio, if you intend to visit other interesting places.
*In the high season it could be difficult to cross without reservation on the ship. We advise you to book in advance in order to avoid the possibility of non find a place on the ship.
By train or bus: Pisa – Roma stop at Orbetello-Monte Argentario station, then take the TIEMME bus to Porto Santo Stefano and within 25 minutes you are on the boarding pier. From 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. there are 20 bus rides.
By plane: The island is not too far from Galilei Pisa airport and Rome Leonardo da Vinci international airport. Look up the instructions for the train.
By ship: There are two shipping companies: Maregiglio and Toremar.
